Pilates is a safe and effective way to build core strength and increase flexibility while improving body balance and mobility. It increases body awareness leading to improved posture and overall well being. One of the main benefits of greater core strength is that it may reduce back pain.

With classes of around 8, you will always receive a high level of attention ensuring maximum benefits. We also offer one-on-one sessions and private small groups.

Mat Pilates Classes

Wednesday: 6.30-7.30 pm
Friday: 9.30-10.30 am

$20 per class
$175 for a 10 class Pass

Private Pilates Classes

Private 1 on 1 Sessions $55 for 45mins (prepay for 5 sessions $250)
Private small Group Session of 2 or more POA (discount for prepaid multiple sessions)
